Killer Leg Day

I survived a gruelling leg workout today – squats, Bulgarian splits, lunges. I haven’t done squats in a long time; I fear my form would have been lacking. Guess I’ll find out tomorrow if my lower back hurts.

To celebrate, I made a snack. Yoghurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and an overripe banana. Here’s a picture. Cheers:
