It’s Independence Day for us Malaysians, so my mom and I baked this orange Swiss roll. I totally needed an excuse. Citrus-y… but kind of salty.

It’s my first attempt baking something Malaysian. Worth it. You know what else is worth it? Eating cheesecake at night. While journaling (or doing anything else). It’s worth the calories, at least.
