I’m well now, and my appetite is back and bigger than ever. Decorated some ugly gingerbread. I suppose that a nicer way to put this is “experimenting with icing”. I baked some amoeba cupcakes too. MoHLER, I used your food colouring — feel free to sponsor me.
I was going to make these at first, but the dough was too sticky, and I couldn’t figure out how to whiten the icing. Plus, the Halloween vibe’s long over. So here’s some impromptu cut-out cookies.

Very crunchy! I can’t really tell whether a cookie will be crunchy / chewy, to be honest. I just wing it. These would look outstanding with more choccy chips.
