It took me the whole afternoon, but it was definitely worth it! I was surprised it turned out this well — it was my first time making buttercream. (Note to self: Cloyingly SWEET. Decrease sugar as needed.)
Anyway, I’m glad I made the mini snickerdoodles. Extra work, but the cookies do make a difference in terms of aesthetics. I’ll need to find a way to transport these safely to school….
